Stress is the number one cause of many diseases and disorders including cancer, aging, anxiety,cardiovascular disease, depression, high blood pressure, and gastrointestinal diseases. Life is very stressful, everyone has stress, but you must know manage it and relieve it. I will show you some simple and natural ways to relieve stress for free.

1. One easy way to relieve stress quick is go for a walk. Walking for at least 15 minutes everyday will significantly reduce your stress levels. It is also an instant stress reliever. Also listening to your favorite music can me relieving. Playing classical music is also relaxing. You may combine these two activities.








2. Another remedy is talking to friends or family. It is very important to communicate, keeping everything to yourself will cause you more stress, talking will take a lot off your chest.


3. You must be positive. As soon as you wake up in the morning you must have positive thoughts and say them out loud. When you become negative you will have nothing but negative energy surrounding you.


4. Organization is a big part of stress. Your life must be organized, as well things around you like your house. Unorganization will cause you to become lazy and therefore increase your stress levels. You must sit down and write your priorities and get a organizer and start listing your daily activities and the goals you want to accomplish. You will be surprised how much smoother your day will run.


5. You must treat your body well. Play some sports, and if you have weights at home you should work out. If you don't have weights you can do resistance exercises that don't require any weights. When you get into an active shape you will become more energetic and more confident with yourself, and that's an automatic stress reliever. Have a healthy diet, stay away from a lot of sugar and fattening foods. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Also drink more water. You should have 8 cups of water everyday.


6. Here is a couple more quick remedies: play with a pet, watch a movie (preferable comedy), take a long warm bath, take deep breaths, laugh, and stay away from alcohol and smoking and also caffeine.


7. Whenever you get overwhelmed with stress, following these few simple steps will quickly eliminate your stress levels and you will become a happier person.
