Use Duromine

Duromine is one of the brand names of the diet drug phentermine, which is prescribed by doctors as a way to help a patient lose weight. For the doctor to recommend Duromine, the patient must be considered morbidly obese. Duromine is a powerful appetite suppressant that has an affect on a person's central nervous system to control the amount of food that he consumes.

Instructions

1. Refer to the pharmaceutical packaging for your Duromine capsules for the exact dosing information provided by your physician.

2. Plan to take Duromine on an empty stomach in the morning. If you forget to take it before you eat in the morning, you can take the dose later in the day on an empty stomach. However, you should take the medication at least ten to twelve hours before you go to sleep.

3. Swallow the Duromine capsule whole. Never crush or split up an extended release medication, such as Duromine. This can cause you to receive too much of the drug at once.

4. Continue taking Duromine for the recommended time frame provided by your physician. Since you will start to tolerate the medication after a few weeks of use, your doctor will likely stop prescribing the drug after a month or two.

5. Follow the recommended diet and exercise plan provided by your doctor. You will be recommended a reduced calorie eating plan that eliminates fried foods and sweets along with taking the Duromine. Moderate exercise will be recommended as well.
