Natural Cure For Cellulite

As you grow old, the fatty tissue under your skin loses its elasticity and strength. Leading to dimpled fat bulges of cellulite, this occurs mainly on your thighs, buttocks, neck, upper arms and knees. While there are numerous store-bought potions, ointments and creams that can help treat the problem, any kind of natural cure for cellulite can be quite effective as well.

Coffee

According to researches done by herbalists, the caffeine in coffee beans can be an effective remedy for curing cellulite. Take half a cup full of freshly ground coffee and mix well with four tbsp. olive oil. Rub the paste gently but firmly onto the cellulite-ridden areas. Wrap plastic and duct tape poultices firmly around the areas. Leave undisturbed for about half an hour before you remove the poultices and wash well. Do this routine every alternate day of the week for a couple of months for signs of improvement of the condition. A daily natural cellulite treatment regimen could include application of a mixture of equal portions of body lotion and ground coffee on the fatty bulges.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Blend two tbsp. apple cider vinegar and one tbsp. honey into about eight ounces of water and drink every morning for cellulite removal. Or else, you could mix together three parts of apple cider vinegar with a single part of body oil and rub on to affected skin two times a day for a couple of months for effective signs of improvement.

Massages

Natural tonics and essential oils have beneficial properties that can help reduce cellulite on your skin. Oils such as lavender, eucalyptus, cypress, hazelnut, lemon, bay, grape seed and sesame can stimulate the skin enough to get rid of its cellulite. Massage any of these oils into the cellulite-ridden areas of your body for about 15 minutes and leave undisturbed for at least 12 hours. Repeating this every alternate day for a few months will help lessen cellulite.

Baths

Take regular warm baths with sea salts or vinegar. You could add no less than a couple of cups of sea salts to a tub full of warm water and soak in it for about half an hour every alternate day. Do this for at least a quarter of a year to see results. As another home remedy for cellulite, you could take a couple of leisurely baths every week in a tub full of warm water in which a couple tbsp. vinegar has been added.
