This article explains how you can get into doing an exercise routine daily. Often people will begin exercising but stop after only a few days because they don't keep the routine going.

1. The first thing you need to know is that it takes approximately 21 days to get into a routine. That means you should always go to your workout whether you feel like it or not. If you miss a workout, make sure you either make up the workout at a different time or don't miss the next one for sure. And don't make a habit out of missing workouts.
