Regrow Hair With Stuff Around The House

Regrow Hair With Stuff Around the House

Are you suffering from hair thinning or hair loss but don't want to spend a lot of money on medical treatments that aren't 100 percent effective? Maybe the idea of sticking anything that isn't natural into your body gives you the heebie-jeebies? Look no further, because you can regrow your hair with common things found around the house.

Instructions

1. Once a week, massage 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil into your scalp and leave it in overnight. Rinse out the olive oil the next morning, or it could clog your pores. Doing this once a week is an excellent way to purify your pores. During the day, our hair is exposed to an array of toxic and unpleasant elements such as pollution and built-up dirt and sweat. Simply shampooing your hair is not enough to cleanse these pores. Olive oil has many benefits, and improving hair growth is one of them.

2. Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water a day to ensure that your body is sufficiently hydrated. If your body is not hydrated, your hair will be dry and brittle. If you are not sure whether it is safe to drink your tap water, invest in a water filter or buy bottled water. Water is not only important for your hair, but for your entire body as well.

3. Eat more eggs. Recently there has been an unprecedented revival of the egg. Whether you eat the whites or the yokes, eggs are an excellent source of protein, as well as biotin (a b-complex vitamin). Biotin is known to strengthen and improve the hair, nails and skin. It is essential to get enough biotin in your body if you want to have strong hair. Don't eat more than two eggs a day if you want to get the optimum amount of biotin and protein in your body.

4. Ditch the coffee and go with green tea. Great tea is excellent in promoting strong bones and teeth and a healthy liver, and it is also a superb remedy for reducing hair loss. Green tea reduces the amount of dihydrotestostorone (DHT) produced, and excess production of DHT is one of the leading causes of male pattern baldness. Drink at least three cups of green tea a day to maximize your chances of retaining your hair.

5. Combine these techniques with a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, a good night's sleep and exercise, and you will be well on your way to growing thick lustrous locks. Remember that although hair loss can be genetic, there are ways to slow it down if not halt it by radically changing your lifestyle. Experiment with what works and what doesn't work for you. Allow at least three months to pass before expecting to notice any significant results.
