Use Whitening Strips

Traveling to the dentist for a teeth whitening session every few weeks can not only be time consuming but expensive as well. This is why many different companies produce teeth whitening strips. These strips, which resemble tape, are placed around the teeth and left on for a set period of time. The gel on the tape will whiten the teeth to a brilliant shade of white.

Instructions

1. Open the "Upper" package first. Remove the teeth whitening strip from the protective casing.

2. Place the "Upper" strip against the top teeth, with the tip of the whitenings trip resting against the bottom of the gums.

3. Press the strips firmly on and mold them around the teeth with your fingers.

4. Repeat the same process with the bottom teeth.

5. Wear the strips for the time specified on the package. This is usually around thirty minutes but new brands of strips can take less time.

6. Remove the strips once the time is up. Brush your teeth to remove any excess gel that may still be on your teeth.
