Get Rid Of Foot Fungus

Get Rid of Foot Fungus

Athlete's foot is a fungal infection of the skin of the foot. Several different fungi, called dermatophytes, can cause this condition. It usually occurs between the toes. It can spread to other parts of the body. Athlete's foot affects more males than females. Unfortunately, it is very common. Here is how you can get rid of foot fungus!

Instructions

1. Spray bathroom, and shower with disinfectant. Spraying your bathroom and shower floor after showering will help kill fungus. It certainly keeps it from spreading!

2. Change your sheets. Change your sheets weekly, and wash them in hot water to kill the fungus.

3. Wash and dry your feet. Wash feet with soap and hot water. Dry thoroughly after washing. Cover with clean, dry socks.

4. Keep feet cool and dry. Try to avoid sweaty feet by wearing open toe shoes or socks without shoes when at home.

5. Use over the counter medications. Sprays and creams are made just for athlete's foot. Treatment can take a long time and must be continued for more than a month after the initial infection.

6. Try witch hazel. Many claim that it can cure athlete's foot in as little as three days.

7. Pee in the shower. The sterile properties of urine are said to aid in curing athlete's foot.
