Ozone treatments for cancer are based upon the premise that the body takes in oxygen and releases carbon dioxide. With the increase of carbon dioxide emissions and the decrease of oxygen in the air it becomes clear as to why there are increases in the cases of cancer reported each year. In the USA, medical authorities have been slow in researching various oxygen/ozone therapies however the same is not true in Europe.
How it Works
The premise is quite simple. By using ozone or activated oxygen our immune systems get a boost. Anti-cancer substances are then released from white blood cells and the blood's ability to circulate is increased. The blood can travel through even the smallest vessels in the body reaching tissues despite their distance from the heart. Healthy, oxygenated blood is one of the most effective ways of fighting cancer.
Infusion Bottle Therapy
Cancer cells die when they are exposed to oxygen/ozone. One method used to help patients suffering from stage 4 cancer is the infusion bottle therapy. First a pint of blood is drawn from the patient and placed into an infusion bottle. The oxygen/ozone is then forced in and mixed with the blood. The newly treated blood is then re-injected back into the patient for it to start working. This new blood is what fights the cancer when it circulates back through the body.
Ozone I.V. Treatment
The ozone I.V. treatment works in a similar method to the infusion bottle therapy. The main difference is that no blood is actually taken from the patient. A fluid that is saturated with ozone is injected into the patient using an I.V.
Safety
According to the German Medical Society for Ozone Therapy, the practice of using ozone is completely safe. Of over 5 million ozone treatments administered throughout the country (not all being treated for Cancer) only 40 patients reported any form of side effects. Only 4 fatalities were also reported using the therapy. This is a remarkably low percentage when compared to 100,000 Americans that die each year from reactions to conventional medicine.
Other Advantages to Ozone
According to Dr. Kartaut Dorstewist and Dr. Horst Kief, ozone can be effective in treating forms of Hepatitis. A study conducted at the University of Arizona found that ozone/oxygen can be helpful in the fight against advanced Aids. Finally, in West Germany the practice of treating infected wounds with oxygen has been used for decades. Even wounds infected with gangrene were seen to heal.
