Cayenne Pepper

Saw Palmetto
For both men and women, the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which contains testosterone, can inhibit hair growth. Saw palmetto has been shown in some to to inhibit the production of DHT in the scalp. Saw palmetto can be taken as a supplement or applied directly to the scalp in the form of shampoos, conditioners and styling aids.
