Use Gemstone Therapy
Gemstone therapy is based on the theory that certain stones possess specific healing energies. Physical and emotional problems can block the body's energy center, resulting in illness of some kind. When a gemstone comes into contact with the body, its energy is released and transferred to the person. Use gemstone therapy to unblock negative energy or heal the body and gemstone meditation to heal the spirit.
Instructions
1. Try meditating with gemstones to help rev up the main energy centers of your body, also known as chakras. Specific colors placed on a specific chakra, or area of the body, will stimulate the energy of that area. The best time to meditate is morning and it's helpful to have soft music playing in the background to empty your mind. Lie down, place the stones in the pattern described below, take a couple of deep cleansing breaths and meditate for about 30 minutes.
2. Buy a rock crystal, believed to be the most therapeutic stone. It's thought to help rid one of resentments and to help with stomach aches. Carry it during the day and lay it on your bedside table at night. Keep it close and its effects will help strengthen your physical and emotional weaknesses.
3. Address a specific problem by wearing a necklace with a gemstone, or carrying a stone in your pocket specific to that issue. These are the two most effective ways to incorporate gemstones into your life in order to benefit from their therapeutic effects.
4. Take care of your gemstones. Most will need to be washed in water two or three times a week to remove accumulated negative energies. Other stones should not be rinsed because doing so will dull their finish and effectiveness. A good chart will advise you correctly.
5. Increase your knowledge about gemstone therapy by taking an online course or teleseminar. Some are free and others charge a fee. Use due diligence when making your selection.
