Lose Weight With Soup

Losing weight is difficult and frustrating for most peopl and constant hunger make losing weight tedious more challenging. Feeling your stomach growl and grind between meals can derail even the most dedicated dieter. By using low calorie and low fat soups, you can help those hunger pains subside while fueling your body with vitamins and fiber.


Instructions


1. Purchase at your local grocer soup that is broth based and low in calories. One prime example is the Progresso line of soups that each serving is only 60 calories.


2. Eat the heated soup between meals if you are getting hungry or right before you eat your next meal. This soup will fill you and stave off the hunger pains you may be experiencing.


3. Make your own soup if you don't want to buy a pre-made soup. This will save you money, but may take time. Eat this soup when ever you get hungry between meal or just before you eat your next meal. The fiber and broth are filling, leaving little room for a big sandwich or large fries.


4. Blend tomatoes, broth, creamer, basil, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender to make a delicious low fat and low calorie cream of tomato soup.


5. Pour ingredients into a sauce pan and cook for fifteen minutes on medium high heat. The soup will be ready for you to eat. Chill the leftover soup for other meals.
