Cure Sinus Tinnitus

Millions of people today suffer from ear, nose and throat issues due to large numbers of germs and forms of pollution with which we come into contact each and every day. We inhale microscopic germs, bacteria and viruses that filter through our nose and afflict our sinuses and ear tubes. Sinus tinnitus---ringing or deafness in the ear combined with sinus congestion---can result from such impurities entering our sinuses. Several methods can help and even cure sinus tinnitus.

Instructions

1. Eat more whole foods. Eliminate the majority of processed foods, sugars and simple carbohydrates from your diet, which will help to boost the immune system and purify the body so it can fight off infections, viruses and other ailments.

2. Exercise for 20 minutes every day. Exercise circulates the blood and helps speed up your body's natural filtering system so your body can expell the toxins---including bacteria and viruses---a lot more quickly. Exercise also increases the oxygen supply to your blood cells, encouraging proper function.

3. Take vitamin supplements. Vitamins A, E and B, as well as zinc, all help with sinus tinnitus.

4. Use warm lemon juice drops in the ears to relieve sinus tinnitus; do not exceed two to three drops per day.

5. Administer hydrogen peroxide drops three times a day to your ears. Let the peroxide sit until the bubbles die down, then let it drain out.
