Detoxify Naturally

4. Consume plenty of apricots daily. Apricots include a natural compound called salicylate, which enhances liver function and detoxification. It also boosts your metabolism to provide your body with extra energy. Recommendations are to eat 3 apricots or 2 cups of dried apricots every day.
