Miley Cyrus is an American singer and actress famous for her role as Hannah Montana; she stars in the show named after the role. For Miley's video, Party in the USA, she wears a trendy make-up look of soft browns and neutral colors. With a few tips you can recreate this look in style at home.
Instructions
1. Dab eye primer from your lids to your brow bone with your finger.
2. Pat a peach-gold shadow onto the eyelids and into the crease of the eye with a shadow brush.
3. Use a crease brush to blend a bronze-brown shadow into the crease. Blending should not leave a harsh line. Use sweeping motions until the brown softly blends into the peach gold color your previously applied.
4. Use the same crease brush to line the outer V of the eye in black shadow.
5. Use a blending brush to blend the outer V into a softer V so that it blends with the colors.
6. Use a shadow brush to apply a flesh tone shadow to your brow bone as your highlight. The color shouldn't be too light, but blend well with your natural skin color.
7. Apply black liquid eye liner to the upper and lower lash line and tight line of the upper lash line. The tight line of the upper lash line is located just beneath your upper eye lashes.
8. Use a pencil brush to line the lower lash line with the bronze-brown shadow. You will try to blend the eye liner with the shadow as best you can.This will create a type of smokey eye effect, which will soften the many colors.
9. Apply one layer of non-waterproof mascara and follow with the waterproof mascara immediately. By using two different mascaras on top of each other, your lashes will appear fuller. Make sure to comb them out well with the mascara wand to avoid clumping.
10. Use a blush brush to apply blush to the apples of your cheeks. Smile to find your apples if you are unfamiliar with blush. Make sure to use a light hand when applying blush to avoid a harsh look.
11. Apply a petal pink lipstick; follow it with a sheer pink lip gloss to recreate Miley's pink lips from the music video.
