High ceiling retractable fixture

high ceiling - retractable fixture?

Hello, Does anyone know of a light fixture that can be installed in a high ceiling (20ft) that can either manually or electronically be lowered? I have attic access. I see several patents online for such a thing but my searches come up with nothing. A neighbor mentioned hearing about such a thing. Basically I'm looking for an easy way to 'lower' the fixture in order to clean it and change bulbs as needed. Thanks! I think this is what you are looking for: Aladdin Light Lift, Inc.
